Florida Set Apart From Lazy States

ORLANDO, Fla. — A new report suggested Americans in the South are the least likely to be physically active.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimated about 29 percent of adults in the South said they don’t get any exercise.

States on the CDC’s least active list were Alabama, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Tennessee.

Florida wasn’t among the top states listed.
